Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting in Singapore seeks an HRIS Implementation Consultant to configure HRIS modules, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, perform data migration, conduct demos and UAT, deliver end-user training, and prepare BRDs and project documentation, while meeting SLAs and driving system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Certifications: Workday Certification (required).

Responsibilities

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
