Job summary

You will configure incident, problem, change management, and service catalog modules, write scripts in JavaScript, HTML, and XML, and build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications may be preferred.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development with incidents, problems, changes, and service catalog.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure ServiceNow applications including incident, problem, change, and service catalog management.
• Write and maintain scripts with JavaScript, HTML, and XML for business rules and UI actions.
• Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Create documentation for custom solutions and configurations.
• Provide support and participate in upgrades and patches.
• Follow coding standards and best practices.
