Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and ensure ITSM modules (Incidents, Problems, Changes, Requests) run smoothly. You will configure and customize modules, build and maintain scripts and workflows, and integrate third-party apps using REST/SOAP.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
• Ability to design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications.
• Experience configuring ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Create and customize Service Catalog items, record producers, and approvals.
• Strong testing, debugging and issue resolution skills.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows / Flow Designer.
• Create and customize Service Catalog items, record producers, and approvals.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and end users.
• Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and platform security standards.
