Job summary

BT Automation Singapore is hiring a ServiceNow Associate Consultant to join our growing team in Singapore. You will participate in implementation, enhancements and transformations, translating business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with project teams.

You will gain hands-on experience across ITSM, IRM/GRC and SPM, work with senior consultants and architects, and have opportunities to pursue ServiceNow certifications as you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, CE or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in ServiceNow, IT consulting, software development, business analysis, or technology implementation.
• Exposure to ServiceNow platform preferred.
• Understanding of ITSM and ITIL concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement and transformation projects.
• Work with clients and project teams to understand business requirements.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, reports and dashboards.
• Assist with integrations, testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Participate in client workshops, demonstrations and project meetings.
• Work closely with Senior Consultants and Certified Technical Architects.
• Support project delivery from requirements through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Develop expertise across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, IRM/GRC and SPM.
• Keep up to date with ServiceNow platform capabilities, releases and best practices.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is technically curious, analytical and enjoys solving business problems.

You should have:

• A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow, IT consulting, software development, business analysis or technology implementation.
• Some exposure to the ServiceNow platform is preferred.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• A strong interest in developing a career in ServiceNow consulting.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is an advantage, but not mandatory
