Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a ServiceNow Associate Consultant to begin your journey in IT service management and enterprise application implementations. You will learn from experienced consultants while contributing to real projects on the ServiceNow platform.

You'll gain hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training, with structured learning and mentorship to develop both technical and consulting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, BIS or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or interns may be considered.
• Exposure to ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules and apps.
• Support workshops, documentation and requirements gathering.
• Prepare functional/technical specs based on client needs.
• Configure workflows, forms, catalogs, reports and dashboards under supervision.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Participate in deployment and post-implementation support.
• Support client meetings and project discussions.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Prepare project documentation, configuration guides, and test scripts.
• Maintain project records and adhere to governance, QA, and security standards.

As a ServiceNow Associate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on ServiceNow implementation projects, learn from experienced consultants, and develop valuable technical and consulting skills. This role offers structured learning and hands‑on project experience to support your professional growth within the ServiceNow platform.

Solution Delivery

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Support requirements gathering workshops and documentation activities.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications based on client requirements.
• Configure workflows, forms, catalog items, reports, and dashboards under supervision.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.
• Participate in deployment and post-implementation support activities.

Client Engagement

• Support client meetings and project discussions.
• Assist in analysing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Documentation & Governance

• Prepare project documentation, configuration guides, and test scripts.
• Maintain project records in accordance with organisational standards.
• Follow established project governance, quality assurance, and security requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 0 to 3 years of experience in IT consulting, IT service management, or enterprise application implementation.
• Exposure to ServiceNow platform is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or certifications may be considered.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform features and capabilities.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, workflows, and integrations is advantageous.
• Understanding of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
