Job summary

PCCW Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Presales Solution Architect – ServiceNow to support our sales and solutioning teams in designing and positioning ServiceNow-based solutions for clients.

You will work closely with customers, sales teams and senior solution architects to translate business requirements into ServiceNow capabilities, deliver demonstrations and contribute to compelling proposals. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of ServiceNow, ITSM, and enterprise IT

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant field.
Min 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in IT consulting or presales.
Experience with ServiceNow is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Senior Solution Architects in designingsolutions aligned to customer business and technology requirements.
Understand customer pain points and translate business requirements into appropriate capabilities and workflows.
Develop high-level solution concepts, architecture diagrams, process flows and solution proposals.
Assist in preparing and delivering ServiceNow demonstrations, presentations and solution walkthroughs.
Translate technical concepts and ServiceNow capabilities into clear business benefits for customers.
