Job summary

KPMG SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled ServiceNow professional to guide IT strategy and delivery for clients. You will configure, develop, and support the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

You will lead technical teams, gather requirements, design workflows, and train clients on implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices and client processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification; CIS certifications are advantageous.
• 3–5 years delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across both functional and technical activities.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM/CSM or related ServiceNow areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical resource for ServiceNow configuration, development, support, and maintenance.
• Lead requirements gathering and document process workflows.
• Define technical solutions aligned with client problems and best practices.
• Lead a team of developers to transform requirements into stories and review work.
• Provide technical and non-technical training to clients on the platform.
• Design and develop solutions including forms, flows, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
