Job summary

Kyndryl seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead design, implementation, and optimization across enterprise solutions. The role combines platform leadership with Agile delivery, driving AI-enabled improvements and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will shape architecture standards, coach teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver transformative outcomes in a dynamic, modern enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of solution architecture experience with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow (CSM preferred).
• Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coach cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Oversee Agile delivery as Scrum Master across one or more delivery teams.
• Architect and oversee AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide enterprise architecture guidance to ensure alignment with strategy and standards.
• Optimise access control matrices and licensing across ServiceNow modules.
• Perform vendor management and ensure solution quality and accountability.
