Qualifications

8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with at least 3 full-lifecycle CSM implementations as Solution Architect.
Strong hands-on expertise in Case Management, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and SLA/OLA configuration.
Experience designing event-driven integrations with ERP/procurement platforms (SAP, Ivalua/AcuBuy-class systems, or equivalent).
Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform integration is a strong plus.
CSA and CIS-CSM certifications are preferred.

Job description

8+ years ServiceNow implementation experience,with at least 3 full-lifecycle CSM implementations as Solution Architect
Strong hands-on expertise in Case Management,Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and SLA/OLA configuration
Demonstrated experience designing event-drivenintegrations with ERP/procurement platforms (SAP, Ivalua/AcuBuy-class systems,or equivalent) — no-manual-fallback, retry/error-handling patterns
Experience with contract lifecycle management(CLM) platform integration (RubiCon or equivalent) is a strong plus
CSA (Certified System Administrator) mandatory;CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management)strongly preferred
Proven ability to own client-facingarchitecture conversations, including defending design/effort decisions undercommercial pressure (BAFO-style negotiations)
Experience working in telecom, shared services,or GBS/BPO environments preferred
