KG Information Systems Sdn Bhd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep ServiceNow expertise to lead multi-cycle CSM implementations and design robust integrations across ERP and procurement platforms.

The role focuses on case management, flow designer, integration hub, and SLA/OLA configurations, with a preference for candidates who can defend architecture decisions in BAFO negotiations and lead client discussions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with at least 3 full-lifecycle CSM implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in Case Management, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and SLA/OLA configuration.
• Designs event-driven integrations with ERP/procurement platforms (SAP, Ivalua/AcuBuy-class systems, or equivalent).
• Experience with CLM platform integration (RubiCon or equivalent) is a strong plus.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is mandatory; CIS-CSM is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing architecture conversations and defend designs under commercial pressure (BAFO).

Description du poste

• 8+ years ServiceNow implementation experience, with at least 3 full-lifecycle CSM implementations as Solution Architect
• Strong hands-on expertise in Case Management, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and SLA/OLA configuration
• Demonstrated experience designing event-driven integrations with ERP/procurement platforms (SAP, Ivalua/AcuBuy-class systems, or equivalent) — no-manual-fallback, retry/error-handling patterns
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform integration (RubiCon or equivalent) is a strong plus
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) mandatory; CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management) strongly preferred
• Proven ability to own client-facing architecture conversations, including defending design/effort decisions under commercial pressure (BAFO-style negotiations)
