Job summary

NCS is seeking a Quality Engineer with a focus on ServiceNow testing to design and maintain automated testing frameworks for PSDS, CSM, and App Engine applications. You will lead automated test strategy, cover end-to-end customer service workflows, and validate integrations with external systems.

The role emphasizes building robust test automation within CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster release cycles while maintaining high quality across ServiceNow implementations for public sector and citizen

Qualifications

Experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for ServiceNow platforms.
Hands-on automation testing for PSDS, CSM, and App Engine applications.
Proficient in API testing and integration validation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for ServiceNow PSDS and CSM.
Create comprehensive automated coverage for CSM modules and App Engine apps.
Develop API tests for REST/SOAP services and integrations.
Drive performance/load testing and analyse metrics to identify bottlenecks.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to advance testing standards.
