Job summary

NCS is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and ServiceNow development teams on PSDS, CSM, and App Engine projects in Singapore. You will translate complex requirements into detailed specifications and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering, mapping current processes, designing optimized workflows, data migration planning, and coordinating testing and stakeholder communications across platforms.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst in similar capacity.
At least 2 ServiceNow implementations completed.
Solid background in Agile and enterprise SaaS platforms (ServiceNow and Cloud-computing background is highly preferred).
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and customisation.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies and product-centric delivery.
Understanding of cloud architecture and modern development practices.
Working knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies.
Experience in process automation and system integration.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong facilitation and workshop leadership abilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to influence and drive change.
Experience in government or large enterprise digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering through human-centric design methods and visual techniques.
Analyse current systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Apply Design Thinking methodologies to create innovative solutions.
PSDS and CSM Process Design: map current state citizen service processes and design optimized future state workflows.
Data Analysis and Mapping: data analysis, data mapping, ETL concepts, and data quality validation rules.
Stakeholder Management and Integration Coordination: liaison between business users, technical teams and stakeholders; coordinate testing and reporting.
Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Oversee platform configuration, customization, and integration.
Manage solution deployment and ensure smooth operational transition.
Lead impact analysis and facilitate knowledge transfer through workshops.
