Job summary

NEUTRON PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA Engineer to own the quality, reliability and performance of the ServiceNow FSM solution across the full delivery lifecycle from design to go-live.

You will run comprehensive test activities, validate configurations and integrations, and support user acceptance testing and production readiness in a dedicated agile squad. The role requires at least 3 years in software QA and 2 years testing ServiceNow-based solutions, with familiarity of ATF and CI/CD testing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Minimum 2 years testing ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow testing tools, including ATF.
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and execute comprehensive test suites covering functional, regression and performance testing.
• Validate ServiceNow FSM configurations, customisations and integrations.
• Identify, log, track and verify defects through to resolution.
• Work with developers and business analysts to validate expected system behaviour.
• Support user acceptance testing and production readiness assessments.
• Improve test processes and quality standards over time.
