Job summary

NEUTRON PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA Engineer to own the quality, reliability and performance of the ServiceNow FSM solution across the full delivery lifecycle from design to go-live.

You will run comprehensive test activities, validate configurations and integrations, and support user acceptance testing and production readiness in a dedicated agile squad. The role requires at least 3 years in software QA and 2 years testing ServiceNow-based solutions, with familiarity of ATF and CI/CD testing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Minimum 2 years testing ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow testing tools, including ATF.
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies and defect management.

• Design, build and execute comprehensive test suites covering functional, regression and performance testing.

About the role

You will join a dedicated agile squad working across the full delivery lifecycle — from design and configuration through to go-live and ongoing support. As QA Engineer you own the quality, reliability and performance of the ServiceNow FSM solution, running testing activities across every stage of delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and execute comprehensive test suites covering functional testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, and performance testing

• Validate ServiceNow FSM configurations, customisations and integrations

• Identify, log, track and verify defects through to resolution

• Work with developers and business analysts to validate expected system behaviour

• Support user acceptance testing and production readiness assessments

• Improve test processes and quality standards over time

About you

• Minimum 3 years in software quality assurance or software testing

• Minimum 2 years testing ServiceNow-based solutions

• Familiarity with ServiceNow testing tools, including Automated Test Framework (ATF)

• Strong grasp of testing methodologies and defect management

• Experience testing enterprise workflow-driven platforms

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Understanding of CI/CD testing concepts (good to have)
