Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Specialist to lead a team of ServiceNow engineers in developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise workflow and case management systems for government operations. You will drive solution architecture, platform governance, and integration across agencies, delivering secure and scalable digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise software systems.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/BPM suites such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of enterprise software systems, including planning, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with divisions to gather requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot complex enterprise software issues.
