Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Enterprise ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and GRC. You will drive integrations with Microsoft Azure, REST/SOAP, and automation tools while shaping governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of ServiceNow platform experience in technical roles.
• At least 7 years as ServiceNow Architect or equivalent.
• Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Deep knowledge of CSDM, Sprints, ITSM, ITOM Pro, CSM, GRC, IRM, and CMDB.
• Experience with Azure integrations and security considerations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST, SOAP, JSON and XML.
• Certifications such as CSA/CIS/CTA and Azure credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
• Create blueprints, roadmaps, and documentation for implementations.
• Provide technical leadership aligned with business goals.
• Translate business processes into WBS for dev teams.
• Oversee deployments, ensuring best practices and standards.
• Gather requirements and design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage end-to-end implementations, configurations, integrations, and testing.
• Design integrations with REST/SOAP and Azure.
• Enforce governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior architects/developers and conduct trainings.
• Architect solutions bridging ServiceNow with Azure technologies.
