OPENSOURCE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in customizing and enhancing ServiceNow modules. You will modify workflows, forms, and scripts, and build integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server to support ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/SecOps needs.

The role requires strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, plus a ServiceNow CSA/CAD preference. Collaboration with business and tech teams will translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on ServiceNow development and customization experience.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
Experience with ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/SecOps is advantageous.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Customize and enhance existing ServiceNow modules and applications.
Modify workflows, forms, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
Develop ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Perform JavaScript/Glide API development and troubleshooting.
Support product enhancements, upgrades, defect fixes, testing, and deployments.
Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
