Job summary

Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support development, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with project teams, platform admins, security teams, and business users to ensure smooth delivery, robust testing, and timely production support across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT/CE/SE or related field.
• At least 3 years hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise settings.
• CSA and CAD certifications required.
• Experience with UAT, production deployments, data migration, and VAPT remediation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage application deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments, including deployment planning, validation, and post-deployment verification.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, defect investigation, and resolution.
• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow components, workflows, integrations, reports, forms, business rules, and automation scripts.
• Support VAPT remediation activities by implementing security fixes.
• Perform one-time production data migration and upload activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Provide application maintenance and operational support, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and upgrade support.
• Implement enhancements, change requests, and improvements based on business requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with project management teams, platform administrators, security teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application delivery and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage application deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments, including deployment planning, validation, and post-deployment verification.

• Support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) remediation activities by implementing security fixes.
• Perform one-time production data migration and upload activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Provide application maintenance and operational support, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and platform upgrade support.
• Implement application enhancements, change requests, and improvements based on business requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation within enterprise environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including:
• App Engine and Flow Designer
• Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
• UI Policies and Access Controls
• Import Sets, Transform Maps, and third-party integrations
• Experience in case management or workflow-based applications.
• Experience supporting UAT, production deployments, data migration, and VAPT remediation.
• Experience with Agile project delivery and application lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred: Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, user story development, and translating business requirements into functional solutions.

Additional Information

• The role involves application deployment, UAT support, production transition, and post-commissioning maintenance and enhancements.
• Travel to the customer's headquarters may be required.
