United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications. The role focuses on ITOM/ITAM implementations, platform customization, and building integrations with enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will excel in workflow development, scripting, and solving complex platform challenges, while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. This is an in-person position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development.
• Proven experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience implementing and supporting IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization, scripting, and workflows.
• Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or MID Server.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow application development and platform customization. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM solutions, developing custom applications, and integrating the ServiceNow platform with enterprise systems.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building scalable ServiceNow solutions and have a solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and participate in code reviews and platform upgrades.
• Create technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow application development.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization, scripting, and workflows.
• Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
• Experience developing ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or MID Server.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications

Candidates should possess one or more of the following ServiceNow certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on enterprise‑scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation Engine is a plus.

• Candidates with SAP User or SAP Support experience only will not be considered for this role.
• Only candidates with strong, hands‑on ServiceNow development experience that closely aligns with the above requirements should apply.

Pay: $4,325.35 - $11,214.01 per month
