Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte. Ltd. is hiring a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Singapore team. The role entails hands-on development and implementation across the ServiceNow platform, including case management and workflow applications, with emphasis on testing, deployment and production support.

The ideal candidate holds CSA and CAD certifications, 3+ years of experience, and strong JavaScript skills, coupled with agile delivery experience and keen stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required.
• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation in enterprise environments.
• Experience with the full application lifecycle: development, configuration, testing, deployment and production support.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and features.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow case management or workflow-based applications.
• Experience supporting UAT activities, deployments, data migration and remediation.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience in Agile project delivery and application lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in business analysis: requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping and user stories.

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation in enterprise environments, covering the full application lifecycle from development and configuration to testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including App Engine, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Access Controls, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and third‑party integrations.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow case management or workflow‑based applications.
• Experience supporting UAT activities, production deployments, data migration, and VAPT remediation.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
• Experience in Agile project delivery and application lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, user story development, and translating business requirements into functional solutions will be preferred.
