Job summary

NCS is seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional in Singapore to design and implement CSM solutions for public sector initiatives. You will build App Engine apps, integrate with external services, and optimize citizen service delivery across channels.

Qualifications

• Deep ServiceNow CSM knowledge with government project experience.
• Experience with Public Sector Digital Services integration and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions for public sector initiatives.
• Develop custom App Engine applications and integrate with external systems.
• Configure citizen portal, case workflows, and omnichannel support.
