Billigence Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a consultant with strong functional expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC and solid proficiency in Case Management to join our team and work alongside one of our clients.

Must be currently based in Singapore and happy to work onsite 5 days per week. Key requirements include strong business analysis, strategic planning, relationship management, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Strong business analysis and strategic planning skills.
Relationship management, presentation, and stakeholder communication experience.
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and GRC.
Strong technical knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and IRM modules.
Experience successfully delivering several ServiceNow implementations.
