Job summary

BILLIGENCE CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a consultant with strong ServiceNow IRM/GRC and Case Management expertise to join our team in Singapore. This role requires being based in Singapore and working on-site five days a week with a client.

You will leverage your business analysis and stakeholder management skills, deep knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and IRM, and prior ServiceNow implementation experience to drive successful outcomes for our client engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Relationship management, presentation, and stakeholder communication experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and GRC.
• Strong technical knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and IRM modules.
• Experience delivering several ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis for ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations.
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Deliver on-site consulting in Singapore, working 5 days per week.

A consultant with strong functional expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC and solid proficiency in Case Management to join our team & work alongside one of our clients. Must be currently based in Singapore and happy to work onsite 5 days per week.
