Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Relationship management, presentation, and stakeholder communication experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and GRC.
• Strong technical knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and IRM modules.
• Experience successfully delivering several ServiceNow implementations.
