Job summary

Billigence Pty Ltd is seeking a consultant with strong functional expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC and solid proficiency in Case Management to join our team and work alongside one of our clients. Must be currently based in Singapore and happy to work onsite 5 days per week.

We are partners with leading software platforms including Tableau, Alteryx, Collibra, Snowflake and Salesforce, delivering end-to-end BI and CRM solutions through a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Relationship management, presentation, and stakeholder communication experience
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and GRC
• Strong technical knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and IRM modules
• Experience delivering several ServiceNow implementations
