Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to support the General Manager in planning and coordinating Serviced Apartment operations, directing front office, housekeeping, security and engineering, and ensuring service excellence aligned with policy and targets.

You will lead cost control, staff training, budget planning, and guest relations, delivering superior guest experiences and sustaining productive relationships with guests, owners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of front office, housekeeping, security and engineering to ensure smooth running of the property.
• Manage operations and cost control across departments and facilities.
• Assess productivity across departments and work with teams to improve efficiency.
• Ensure staff receive timely skills upgrading and relevant training.
• Maintain effective communication with management, colleagues and guests, and build good working relationships.
• Review guest feedback to drive service improvements.
• Foster strong relationships with guests, owners and stakeholders.
• Develop innovative approaches to mitigating problems and enhancing guest experiences.
• Attain and sustain service levels that exceed expectations.
• Plan yearly budgets and manage overall costs effectively.
• Perform cost analyses for monthly reviews with stakeholders.
• Execute related tasks as assigned
