Job summary

ADEMCO (FAR EAST) PTE LTD is seeking a service and maintenance technician to support security systems installations and ongoing operations. You will execute service workflows, liaise with clients, and assist the supervisor in deploying teams for projects at client sites.

The role emphasizes timely delivery, safety compliance, and hands-on problem solving. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with electrical/electronic systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge of security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute service and maintenance workflows.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on service/maintenance issues.
• Assist supervisor in deploying teams for service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and set expectations for optimal results.
• Support supervisor to ensure timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance at client premises.
• Familiarise yourself with client business objectives to deliver satisfaction.
• Ensure works comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform other technical tasks as required.

Requirements:
