The role involves executing service workflows, coordinating with clients, and assisting supervisors in staffing and delivery, while ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act.

Candidates should have at least a Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and 2 years' experience, strong problem

• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
