Job summary

ADEMCO (FAR EAST) PTE LTD is seeking a service technician to execute maintenance workflows and support security systems at client premises in Singapore. The role involves liaising with client representatives, assisting the supervisor in team deployment, and ensuring timely delivery of service tasks.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in electrical/electronic engineering and hands-on exposure to CCTV, access control, and IDS.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years' experience.
• Hands-on experience with Integrated Security Management, Card Access, IDS, CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Execute service and maintenance workflows.
• Liaise with client reps on service issues.
• Assist supervisor in deploying service teams.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations.
• Support timely troubleshooting and maintenance of security systems.
• Deliver customer satisfaction aligned to each client's objectives.
• Ensure work complies with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform additional technical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
