OPTIMA (DC) SOLUTIONS & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities technician to support data center operations in Singapore.

You will perform preventative maintenance on designated systems and infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, install and modify field-work, and carry out repair tasks to ensure service continuity. You will also keep customer service logs and internal records up to date, communicate proactively with service support and customers, and comply with BizSafe and regulatory

Job description

• Perform Preventative Maintenance for designated systems and infrastructure services for Data Centers
• Perform troubleshooting, installation, field modification works and repair works
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
• Maintaining regular communications with service support and customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
• Adhering to Bizsafe (Work Safety) and all other applicable regulatory requirements
• May be stationed at customers' sites for Facilities management services whenever necessary
