Job summary

EQCOMS Technology Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineer to ensure all equipment and systems are fully functional and operating optimally. You will perform installation and maintenance in line with SOPs, while adhering to safety, regulatory and WSH requirements.

Job description

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are fully functional and in optimal operating condition. The candidate will support the team by performing installation and maintenance on equipment and systems in accordance with maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Follows guidelines and best practices, ensuring work activities are carried out safely and in compliance with regulatory and statutory policies, procedures, and regulations. The candidate follows emergency response plans and adheres to workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements.

• Individual should be a good team player and is able to engage and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Carry out planned systems checks to ensure systems proper operations.
• Responsible for attending to service calls and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Rectify all problems detected during preventive maintenance furnish reports of the findings.
• Generate Service Report for customers and ensure that the report is sent to the customer timely.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress with customer and relevant parties for information to expedite installation and supervise sub-contractors' work at site.
• Schedule purchases and deliveries of all materials for the project.
• Provides basic support of installation, maintenance, and repair of systems and equipment.
• Perform 24/7 standby duty for service calls on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Distribution Board, Electrical Monitoring System, Isolation and Harmonic filter, Power Generator, Uninterruptible Power Supply, Environmental Monitoring System
• Minimum Professional Certifications, NITEC or Diploma holder
• At least 2 years experience in relevant field
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving License
• Singaporean candidate only.
