Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour and show them to their tables.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and communicate clearly to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to health and safety standards and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and beverages to make informed recommendations.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them to the required standard for subsequent service.
• Handle payments, process transactions, and manage till responsibilities with accuracy.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and address concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly dining environment throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.

• Clearing tables promptly and resetting them to the required standard for subsequent service

• Handling payments, processing transactions, and managing till responsibilities with accuracy

• Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy

• Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and orderly dining environment throughout service periods

• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations

• Following all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times

What we're looking for
