Job summary

GYUTAN-TAN PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites energetic front-of-house staff to join a house of rooms blending gallery, salon, and bar. You will greet guests, take orders, serve, handle payments at the cashier, and ensure smooth operations with attention to cleanliness and stock control.

Candidates should have English communication, a Food Safety Level 1 certificate, a friendly, vibrant attitude, and a passion for customer service; multi-language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B customer service is preferred.
• Must hold Food Safety Level 1 Certificate.
• High standard of personal hygiene and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide excellent service experience to all customers
• Take orders in system, serve customers, and clear tables
• Perform duties at the cashier, ensuring that payments are charged correctly
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding cocktails and food menu
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure seamless operation
• Maintain establishment cleanliness to standard
• Manage stock take and inventory for retail items
• Communicate with patrons and team members regarding recommendations and feedback
• Any other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide excellent service experience to all customers
• Take orders in system, serve customers, and clear tables
• To perform duties at the cashier, ensuring that payments are being charged correctly
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in regards of cocktails and food menu
• Adhere to Operational SOP’s set in place to ensure a seamless operation
• Ensure the cleanliness of the establishment is up to standard
• Manage stock take and inventory for retail items
• Communicate with both patrons and team members with regards to recommendations and feedback
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous work experience in F&B is an advantage
• Possess Food Safety Level 1 Certificate
• High standard of personal hygiene
• Able to communicate in English. Ability to speak and understand other languages would be an advantage
• Good working attitude and an outgoing individual with a passion in customer service
