DUN XIN PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Service Crew to deliver friendly, high-standard service in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on serving food and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness during night shifts.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years in F&B, is reliable and team-oriented, and can commit to permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The position requires strong communication and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry.
• Able to work 44 hours per week on permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Process customer payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
• Assist in replenishing stock and maintaining inventory.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
