KOERBER SUPPLY CHAIN SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Contract Service Sales Specialist to assist in proposals aligned with customer needs, including upgrades, retrofits, service agreements and spare parts.

You will focus on delivering tailored solutions that drive value and strengthen relationships in Singapore. In this contract role, you will manage AMC renewal processes, track expiries, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, negotiate terms, and collaborate to finalize contracts

Competenze

• 3+ years of service sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical problem-solving and results-driven.

Mansioni

• Assist Service Sales in proposals focusing on customer's needs. Upgrades, Retrofits, Service Agreement and Support, Spare Parts, Technical training.
• Drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals – tracking contract expiry pipelines and proactively engaging customers ahead of renewal dates to minimize lapses in coverage.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Negotiate upgrades, service contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
• Collaborate to review and finalize contract.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer communication.
• Other ad hoc task as requested.
