Job summary

Lives Group in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join the Sales Support Team and report to the Head of Sales (Singapore and Malaysia). You will handle customer inquiries, place orders, and ensure timely delivery while preserving a strong market focus.

You will maintain proactive relationships with customers, coordinate with Sales and Operations, and leverage product knowledge to provide accurate information, upsell where appropriate, and support contract renewals.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration or related qualifications.
Experience in SME trading or distributor environment.
2 years of sales support experience preferred.
Organized, meticulous and detail-oriented.
Able to work in teams and independently.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Proficient in MS Office – Words, Excel.
Knowledge of Trade Facilities like Letter of Credit is advantageous.

Responsibilities

To maintain a proactive relationship with customers in your own market responsibility area.
To facilitate good communication between customers, Sales and Operations Departments.
To enter customers’ orders in accordance with the Purchase Order (PO) and allocate quantity.
To anticipate customer reactions to unfavourable schedule confirmation and quality issues and address concerns.
To keep up to date with product knowledge, policies, and processes.
To utilise quotation tools and knowledge about the customer to upsell and improve satisfaction.
