Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Service Field Sales Engineer to grow service revenue within our installed base. You will engage with customers, understand technical needs and propose lifecycle services that improve equipment reliability and performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in technical sales, service, engineering or customer-facing roles. You will work with Service Engineers, Product Sales and Support teams to develop long-term relationships and expand recurring service

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, service, engineering or customer-facing roles.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience selling service contracts, maintenance or recurring services advantageous.

Mansioni

• Grow service revenue within assigned customer base and territory.
• Proactively contact customers via calls, emails and visits.
• Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance and lifecycle services.
• Generate quotations and pursue conversion.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Collaborate with Service Engineers and Product Sales to deliver commitments.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trainings, and events.
