Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to grow service revenue within an assigned customer base in Singapore. You will contact customers by phone, email, and visits to identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, calibration, service agreements and upgrades.

You will generate quotations, expand contracts, cross-sell services, maintain a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with Service Engineers, Product Sales and Support teams to ensure delivery of commitments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering preferred. Includes Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Chemical, Biomedical/Biotechnology-related disciplines.
• Candidates from other disciplines with strong technical aptitude and interest in B2B sales may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow service revenue within an assigned customer base and territory in Singapore.
• Proactively contact customers via telephone, email, and visits; identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, calibration, service agreements and upgrades.
• Generate quotations and follow up to improve quotation conversion; expand existing contracts and cross-sell services across product portfolios.
• Maintain CRM/SAP data and collaborate with Service Engineers, Product Sales, Service Operations, and Customer Support to ensure delivery of commitments.
