Job summary

ITW PTE LTD seeks a Service Sales & Administration Specialist in Singapore to drive service revenue while coordinating orders, pricing, and documentation. You will act as a proactive contact for customers and work closely with Sales, Field Service Engineers, and Finance to meet booking targets.

The role requires strong commercial sense and excellent communication, with responsibilities spanning sales, administration, and continuous improvement across service operations.

Qualifications

• ITE, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 3 years' experience in service sales/administration is an advantage.
• Experience with B2B engineered products is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Singapore; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Drive service revenue growth through selling and renewing service contracts.
• Coordinate service orders, invoicing, and revenue reporting.
• Engage customers to extend service agreements and maintenance plans.
• Serve as primary contact for service inquiries and coordinate with field engineers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to meet booking targets.
