Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally during client meetings when required.
• Able to handle sensitive documentation and clearance processes with discretion and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming fault calls.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Prepare and submit monthly fault call reports to customers, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate the service and maintenance activities.
• Handle security clearance submissions.
• Update and maintain records of service and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and manage customer maintenance contracts, including renewals, compliance, and service deliverables.
• Attend bi-monthly or quarterly meetings and record minutes for tracking and follow-up.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Company.
