Job summary
SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a Service Manager to lead the service team in installation, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment. The role requires coordinating with Sales/Project teams, managing spare parts, and ensuring timely resolutions of technical issues.
Applicants should have 3+ years in technical service or maintenance, prefer experience with kitchen equipment, and be willing to travel to customer sites.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical service or maintenance experience.
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment preferred.
- Willing to travel to customer sites; driving license advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the service team in installation, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Manage daily service operations, manpower scheduling and technical support.
- Monitor service jobs and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Provide troubleshooting guidance to technicians and field teams.
- Handle customer service matters and technical escalations.
- Manage service-related spare parts and inventory requirements.
- Coach and develop service team members.
- Coordinate with Sales and Project teams on technical and service requirements.
- Support maintenance contracts and ensure service commitments are met.
