Job summary
Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Service Manager (Equipment / Maintenance) to lead the service team in installation, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
The role involves managing daily service operations, scheduling and technical support, while coordinating with Sales and Project teams to meet service commitments. Travel to customer sites may be required.
Qualifications
- ITE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant technical service or maintenance experience.
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration or related electrical/mechanical equipment.
- Class 3 driving licence and own transport would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the service team in installation, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Manage daily service operations, manpower scheduling and technical support.
- Monitor service jobs and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Provide troubleshooting guidance to technicians and field teams.
- Handle customer service matters and technical escalations.
- Manage service-related spare parts and inventory requirements.
- Coach and develop service team members.
- Coordinate with Sales and Project teams on technical and service requirements.
- Support maintenance contracts and ensure service commitments are met.
