Job summary
Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead a team responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment in West Singapore. You will oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and provide technical support and customer guidance.
The role requires travel to customer sites and a Class 3 driving licence would be advantageous. Permanent position, Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, with a monthly salary up to S$6,000 plus bonus and benefits.
Qualifications
- ITE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in technical service or maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites with driving licence advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the service team in installation, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Manage daily service operations, manpower scheduling and technical support.
- Monitor service jobs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide troubleshooting guidance to technicians and field teams.
- Handle customer service matters and technical escalations.
- Manage service-related spare parts and inventory requirements.
- Coach and develop service team members.
- Coordinate with Sales and Project teams on technical and service requirements.
- Support maintenance contracts and ensure service commitments are met.
