Job summary

DaNeng (S) Energy-Saving Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible Technical Operations Supervisor to own our technical and operational activities for commercial kitchen equipment. You will lead delivery, installation, testing and after-sales service while coordinating with customers and contractors.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong leadership and the ability to plan schedules, improve processes and ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certificate is required.
• Experience with installation, repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate technicians and contractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, repair, maintenance and after-sales service
• Plan daily manpower, technician schedules, site jobs and work priorities
• Supervise technicians, installers, drivers and external contractors
• Manage a technical team and monitor team performance, including work quality, productivity, attendance, punctuality, discipline, safety and job completion
• Ensure all jobs are properly followed up and completed on time
• Handle technical issues, breakdowns, customer complaints and service escalations
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers, warehouse, logistics and sales teams
• Control spare parts, tools, materials and technical documentation
• Train, coach and evaluate technicians and take corrective action when required
• Improve service quality, manpower efficiency and operational processes

• Plan daily manpower, technician schedules, site jobs and work priorities

• Supervise technicians, installers, drivers and external contractors

• Manage a technical team and monitor team performance, including work quality, productivity, attendance, punctuality, discipline, safety and job completion

• Ensure all jobs are properly followed up and completed on time

• Handle technical issues, breakdowns, customer complaints and service escalations

• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers, warehouse, logistics and sales teams

About you

• Diploma, Technical Certificate or equivalent

• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice equipment, electrical, gas, refrigeration, mechanical or equipment servicing is preferred

• Strong knowledge of equipment installation, repair and maintenance

• Experience supervising technicians or service teams is preferred

• Strong leadership, coordination, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage multiple jobs and priorities independently

• Responsible, disciplined, hands-on and strong in follow-up

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese

• Valid driving licence is an advantage
