Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an experienced Service-Learning Educator to champion S-L as NP's signature pedagogy across our academic faculty in Singapore. This 2-year appointment involves building partnerships, mentoring faculty and students, and supporting research and innovation in Service-Learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service-Learning pedagogy development and implementation.
• Strong background in community engagement and partnerships.
• Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to teach and supervise projects for youth and adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum development and course delivery for youth and adult learners (face-to-face/online).
• Supervise Service-Learning projects across diploma programmes.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate implementation of Service-Learning modules across academic schools.
• Provide Service-Learning training and mentorship to faculty.
• Establish and manage partnerships with nonprofits, government bodies, and corporations.
• Handle administrative tasks and contribute to broader institutional activities.
