Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is seeking an Executive (Service-Learning) to support the delivery of Service-Learning programmes and engage with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in higher education, education and/or the community sector.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Resourceful and adaptable team player who is able to work independently and collaboratively, with initiative and sound judgement.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to support efficient ways of working; experience with data analytics would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Professional applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational delivery of key Service-Learning programmes and initiatives, coordinating processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate annual University awards under the purview of the Service-Learning unit, including nomination and assessment processes, judging sessions, and engagement with nominees and panel members.
• Coordinate the experiential components of NIE301 Learning with Communities, including administrative and logistical arrangements, contract administration, and onsite support for student-community engagement activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Service-Learning operations and stakeholder experience, including streamlining processes and supporting the use of digital tools and technology.
