Job summary

ASIA LOUNGE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks friendly guest service staff to welcome and attend to guests in a professional manner, serve food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness of the lounge and dining areas.

Good communication and customer service skills are essential. Training will be provided, and you must be able to work well in a team, on rostered shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Prior F&B or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clear and reset tables and maintain cleanliness of the lounge.
• Attend to guest requests and enquiries.
• Assist with food and beverage replenishment.
• Handle basic cashiering or order-taking duties where required.
• Maintain service, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other service duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
