Job summary

Paul Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will provide quality beverages and food while following health, safety and sanitation guidelines, and maintain store cleanliness.

You should be able to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays, have good English communication, and bring an outgoing, energetic personality. Training will be provided for those new to F&B.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B is an advantage. Training provided for those new to F&B.
• Outgoing and bubbly personality.
• Ability to create a warm, energetic atmosphere.
• Good service mindset and receptive to feedback.
• Must read and communicate well in English.
• Flexible schedule including shifts, weekends, public holidays.

• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers and maintains a calm presence in a fast-paced challenging environment
• Provides quality beverages and food products while following health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, and maintains cleanliness of the store
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B industry will be an advantage. Candidates with no experience but are passionate in F&B are welcome as training will be provided
• Possess an Outgoing and Bubbly personality
• To be able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with a high level of energy and spirit
• With a great service mindset and able to take feedback positively
• Must be able to communicate and read well in English
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
