Job summary

EMERALD HILL CAFE PTE. LTD. is seeking friendly hospitality staff to welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a fast-paced cafe environment.

You will clear and reset tables, maintain hygiene standards, and assist with replenishment. Training will be provided, and rostered shifts including weekends/Public holidays are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Able to work rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clear and reset tables and maintain cleanliness of the lounge.
• Attend to guest requests and enquiries.
• Assist with food and beverage replenishment.
• Handle basic cashiering or order-taking duties where required.
• Maintain service, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other service duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
