Job summary

Lightverse in Singapore is seeking a Service Advisor in the automotive sector. You will warmly welcome customers, understand their service needs, and document recommended services with clear explanations.

You will provide transparent repair cost and timeline estimates, act as the liaison between customers and technicians, and promote maintenance packages to drive revenue.

Working hours are 5.5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am–12:30pm, at Ubi Road.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in a related course with at least 2 years of automotive experience.
• Equivalent professional certifications welcomed.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Effective communication and customer-service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to learn quickly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer care, warmly welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle service needs.
• Accurately document and explain recommended services, repairs, and their benefits to customers.
• Provide transparent estimates on repair costs and timelines to ensure customer trust.
• Proactively follow up with customers to update on their vehicle status and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and efficient repairs.
• Promote service and value‑add offers (e.g. maintenance packages, car body care services) to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Salary: $3500 - $5000 (Basic salary + attractive commissions and incentives)

Job duties:

Job requirements:
